Joshua Dorksen concluded his strongest race in his Formula 2 career to date, securing a deserving and dominant victory for the AIX Racing team in the main race on Sunday during the 2025 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix of Formula 1. The race saw Dino Beganovic penalized with five seconds, which dropped him to fourth place despite holding a podium position, while Oliver Roversi completed the top five at the end of the season. As the final round of the 2025 FIA Formula 2 Championship, Abu Dhabi once again affirmed its role as a proven pathway to Formula 1, with several drivers linked to F1 programs or having already participated in free practice sessions. The Paraguayan driver, who achieved four race wins this season, managed to convert his speed into a top finish in the final round, capping off the year in the best possible way and cementing his status as one of the season's standout stars. Following a competitive qualifying session on Saturday, Arvid Lindblad started from within the top ten and managed to finish the main race in ninth place. The fierce battle in the midfield also featured other prominent contenders such as Jack Crawford and the newly crowned Drivers' Champion, Leonardo Fornaroli. Fornaroli's clinching of the Drivers' Championship, coupled with the strong and consistent performance of the Invicta Racing team's cars throughout the year, also secured the team the 2025 Teams' Championship, thereby achieving a clean sweep of the major titles in Formula 2 for both driver and team. On the podium, Dorksen was joined by Roman Stanek and Gabriel Mienie, who took second and third place, respectively, after a highly competitive race on the Yas Marina Circuit.
